CO Help with Haltech Install?

Hey guys,

I know its still quite a ways out, but I'm planning on buying and installing a Haltech E8 in my S5 TII FC this summer. I'm pretty confident I should be able to install it on my own, but it would be really nice if there was someone in the Denver area able to give me a hand if I get stuck or have a couple questions.

Also, if anyone is experienced with tuning/setting up the software for the E8 that would be a huge help too. I'm not asking for someone to tune it for me; just looking for someone I can get some good solid answers from if I get stuck.

Jim Berg used to be my go-to guy for this kind of stuff, but he moved to Texas so I need some new help in-state.

Thanks a lot guys!

For the install google hitman rx7. I used his page for the install of my haltech. He made it pretty straight forward and easy.

I've got an F10 on my S5 NA. Jim helped with install and tuning, but I did a lot of the tuning myself. Let me know if you have any ???s. I'm in Loveland, so it's not convenient to stop by often, unfortunately. You definitely want a wideband O2, by the way.

Thanks guys. I have an innovative WBO2 already, so I'm all set there. I'll be sure to let you know if I have any questions.

Well I ended up buying a Platinum Sport 1000. I will be starting the install sometime next week.

Thanks for offering to help Wankel7. I'm sure I will have lots of questions; especially regarding tuning the thing. What is the easiest way to contact you if I need some help?
