A few newb questions...

I know this is the regional forum but typically local guys are willing to help out the new guy with a few quick questions...I'm new to rotories but not new to fast cars, turbo's etc, so I'm not a complete idiot when talking about cars/motors etc...

I'm in Colorado and am in search of a new car. It will be strictly a summer/weekend car. I want something fun and exciting to drive. My budget varies from somewhere around $22,000 tops. The short list of possible cars I have come up with:
-'02-03 Honda S2000
-'06 WRX (My roommate sells them, I can get a new one CHEAP)
-FD RX-7

So my general FD questions:
-What can one expect to pay for a relatively low mileage, stock FD?
-What mods(if any) are "must haves"?
-What are reliability mods?
-Why do most of the FD's for sale have new/rebuilt motors?
-If it's not beaten on daily, do you dare ever use the word "reliable" with these cars?
-What are the most important things to physically LOOK at when checking out used RX-7's? If I do find one I want, I will have it checked out by a knowledgable rotory guy before I buy it.(to check compression etc)

Thanks for reading all of my ramblings here.

If you happen to get an Rx7, please feel free to mess around in this area. I'm usually on the site somewhere and can quickly be PMed for info...though i don't have a lot on the 3rd gens.

How many miles on each? Were they both stock?
Thanks.
