I spoke with Sandy today and she said the tickets were sent out today, you should all get them by the weekend. By the way if anyone still wants to participate you can show up between 7:30 and 8:30 with a donation of $50.00 Thanks again

Got my packet with all my information. WOW! I cant believe how many little strange things they are judging (inside of gas filler neck? geez). Its gonna be a lot of preparation for me, but I think i'll be able to pull it off. Hopefully I can get those coilovers in before the end of the week too.

Can't wait to see ya there.

Yeah, I did. I was surprised to say the least, but I guess 15 hours of straight cleaning/waxing payed off in the end. Did you ever pick up your ribbon mike? You got 3rd and I think Matt got 2nd...

It was a blast, Im glad our club had the honor of beeing in the show. I went to shows like that all the time when I was a kid, and yesterday I was IN one! Hopefully next year even more of us RX7 guys can show up (any maybe more than 1 FC or RX8).

Also, I know the guy with the Enzo through a mutual friend. He's a pretty shy guy when it comes to showing off his car, but from what my friend said its his daily driver! No ****! He's put 4000 miles on it in the last 3 months.

I will never clean my car for 15 hours to win a ******* ribbon! I knew I was screwed when it said I would be deducted points for not having stock paint! What the **** is that ****....I don't think I belong in that kind of event. LOL

Lol, you will never NEED to clean your car that long. Its already damn clean!

Well, you don't get deducted for not having stock paint, you just dont get the bonus points for having stock paint. I think you did belong there since you got so much attention, lol.

Dude...I got deducted for no windshield wipers, missing vent, no mirrors, no carpet in trunk, cleaning supplys in trunk, my interior, not vacuming the carpets, not cleaning my exhaust.

I think even by next year when I am finished with everything....I will just show since the exposure was cool.....

I was playing poker tonight and some dude was telling another guy about the show and mentioned the S7, Enzo, and my car.....I was like right on! But I don't think he believed I owned it.

So you won't enter the judged category?

By next year my car should be really sick and a lot cleaner. Getting all the body work done, repaint, vented hood, standalone tuned and doubling the boost, a cage, seat, harnesses, wheels and tires, etc.. Hoping for a ferrari killer.
