Got the Cosmo rail from KGParts overnighted. Sean came over and hobnobbed with Vince over rotaries vs V8s and what was up with my car. Vince did all the fuel, rest of the turbo stuff, and this evening that baby fired up 1st crank. Sweet. Needs some little things like a small exhaust leak, gauges, etc. We're ready for the street tune.

Ryan - did you get a tow truck hook-up? Vince has one. Shawn has his number. $40 one way. That's good considering cost of fuel.

Any news? I need to know what time I should be there. I'm still putting miles on the rebuild and testing the intake system. I wanted to watch both of the tuning sessions before me, but it looks like I'll be testing and driving all the way up to my dyno time slot.

 

Overall I'm happy with my results. My intake had issues, and Steve did a great job to work around them. Did you get your spark problems solved Candice?

Did anything else happen? No blown engine right? I assume you didn't get a tune. That's too bad. I thought you'd be putting down the biggest numbers of the day. I can't believe everyone had issues with their cars.

 

I didnt have any issuse with the firebird. I think it was the pistons that helped out with that ....oh and I found my paperwork so if the BBQ happens you are welcome to drive it around.
