Is anyone going out to ABQ drag way's opening day this weekend? A couple of my friends(sti's, dsm's, and other faster cars then mine lol) are going to be going. I will be out there trying to beat their 60fts. I will probably do alittle tweaking to the suspension on the rear to try and hook my low hp lol.

 

When? and of course I would love to since no one has bought it yet!! I am anxious to see what it will throw down!!

well it is this saturday and sunday. I forget when they open if people wanted to meet up and we could all go down together?

 

How much does it cost? I might be out of town, but if I'm not, I can probably make it.

 

I think the price is now $15. Last year it was $12.

 

How did the day go? I spent the entire day aligning the front of the car, and it's still not right. Tomorrow I'm setting the ride heights, so I won't make it out.

 

The day at the drags was crazy. The lines were so long and the wait to get up to race was so long. I only got one run in. I ran a sad 17.7. The funny part was well besides that my NA 4 door saturn was faster. Well the one run I had was against my friends awd eclipse turbo. I had him beat all the way to the 60ft mark. Then he just drove around me.

 

I had a feeling it would be slammed.I'll prob wait another week or two before I go

 

Ya I hear ya on that. Hopefully once I get my fb built it will be alot faster then the fc. Still trying to decide what engine is going in to it
