Will Motec controll the OMP?

I'm sure it will but I maybe wrong. I was just wondering. Is it a pia to wire up? I have a new harness with all new sensors with my m8. I recently bought a 20b fc with an m8 in it also but the omp isn't wired up. Not to fond of pre mixing the gas but I will if it's necessary. Will a 3-D water injection solenoid work wired up to the omp? Thanks.

To my knowledge MoTeC doesn't.
Maybe you can bug the MoTeC programmers to change this - it has enough outputs to do this no problem.

is the omp a variable voltage input? If so, no the motec can't control it. Motec has only duty cycle and switched outputs, no variable voltage.

According to the motec manual, it can control a stepping motor. isnt the omp a stepper motor? it looks to have 4 stages, 1-4. maybe we can make this work sillbeer..

Just maybe it can work. But I have dibs on the stock harness. Asashka was telling me between pan speed, amemeya, and some other big rotary tuner shops they all have there different thoughts on weather the omp or premix is better. hmmm. Clipping Point was saying premix is better. Who knows?

Yea, some people have that same debate here too. it involves whether mixing the gas into the oil protects the apex seal tips well enough. also, I guess people say that under pressure, IE high boost, the boost pressure in the housing can prevent oil from being put out by the oil injectors. But, maybe both is better? just go a little less on the premix? I dunno. I might not need the connector. I have a S5 and an FD harness with OMP connectors. maybe one of them is the same...hmm
