Two rotor, no problem.
Expect to pay serious money from authorized MoTeC dealer in the US.

It can also run a 3-rotor with simultaneous leading/trailing ignition. I know that at least some of the Downing Atlanta 3-rotors were run with an M4, if not all of them.

You are very lucky to have a friend just give you a Motec M4. They start at 1700 dollars and up excluding wiring harness and sensors. I was interested in getting one until I realized how much money I would spend and in the end I settled for a Power FC.

I was tuning a Motec M4PRO last night that had be fitted to a FC.

Bloody nice computer Similar tuning philosophy to what I am used to with Autronic, very easy software to use too.

Great little unit lots of features dead easy and intuitive to use if your familiar with similar stand alones. It controled the engine beautifull to (best I have ever experienced) what you tell it to do it does basically, and there are heaps and heaps of options there to get it running too a great level of accuracy and tunability if you spend the time to set it up.

Thinking of getting one myself after last night !
