WTB FD Roller to ship to canada

I'm looking for a FD roller for a long term repaint and rebuild project in winnipeg, manitoba. To save on shipping costs looking in your area of the US, preferably ND or Mn.

Anyone have one ? prefer a black interior and no significant body work to do. No engine or tranny needed.
