Whos building the ls rx7 in Milwaukee? Has a buddy with silver evo...

 

I haven't kept in contact with any of the local rotary guys in years. I recall a guy with a montego blue ls1 fd (mazdaspeed GTC front, rear diffuser). There's this other older guy with a black fc ls1 powered.

 

the only person i can think of in milwaukee with an fd and his buddy frank has a silver evo is Brian Field. He has a black fd but im not sure he is going ls with it. I haven't talked to him about it since last year so I'm not sure. Anyway, you have an fd in Milwaukee? I haven't seen to many, mines a 94 chaste white. Let me know where you are around.

I just drove my car around for the first time yesterday! But my front bumper hood and fenders aren't on yet lol. It should be done hopefully by next weekend. I have a t78 setup on the car with a shaved and "wire tucked" engine bay. I did a fuse and relay rewire over winter and some other stuff. When are you lookin to have yours ready?

 

Sounds like your car will be a handful with that T78. I'm hoping to have it completely done by august. Wishful thinking. Limited time to work on it but its coming along.

I'm in Milwaukee. I'll be dropping a camed 302 ford with t-5 but running the rotary for now.

 

I was lookin at an FD for sale in waukesha by a used car dealership, havn't made the time to actually go check it out, does anyone know any history about it? Or if I should stay away from it? I wanna get it, but I don't wanna have to do a rebuild right away either. Here's the link, looks clean enough, but looks can be deceiving.
