three bottles of motul 600 brake fluid 30$ , 5 calipers 80$, 4 braided lines 90$, 3 mastercylinder 80$ (final one), 24 hours of estimated total time working on brakes, thrahing on a car all day at an autox or lapping session.....priceless!
finally got her all fixed so i'm all ready to go...as long as nothing takes a **** when i go out and try to break it again tonight. so lets get some **** going!!

yeah i had the gold first gen, i believe we actually chatted there for a second before out heat. i didn't know that anyone else was still coming due to a lot of circumstances that have be happening up here no one was able to make it out. i did manage to get down to a 56 though even though i was fighting some engine issues off and on through out the day (and my co-driver forgetting to turn the fuel pump switch on....opps)

lol thats good... yea i didnt realize that was you, dont i feel like a dumbass, i also found a prob with my tires i was using, they were too big 205-55-16 when i need 205-45-16 the tires were rubbing my springs and it went through the coating and some of my spring is exposed. and i thought my engine was going to over heat so i had the guy with the purple 2nd gen spray my engine a couple times and it worked pretty well. also i left right after heat 2 was over cause i needed to come home so i was woundering if i missed anything, but that was my first autox event. for a first timer with a best time of 62 is that decent?

for what your car has done and being it was your first time that doesn't seem to far off to me. it just takes time to get the hang of that kind of driving style. i have more of a road racing style myself so i'm still trying to get accustomed to it too. so if you enjoy it, just go and get some events under your belt and you'll start knocking some serious time off of your runs without even messing with your car.

i'm not to sure as of now. i love driving my car...but i really hate standing in the sun all weekend for like 10 minutes of track time over two days. i'm trying to save some cash for labor day weekend, i'm planning on going over to pennslyvania for a NASA 3-day event on beaverrun's road coarse.
