Im looking for interest on bringing kan to chicago for tuning. I have a shop in the west burbs with a dyno, the guys are very accomodating. No set prices yet but after I post this ill get in touch with steve to see what he would need to come up here. As it stands theres 3 of us already needing a tune. Hotels are close by the shop for those coming from out of town and theres plenthy to do in the area.

Im looking at late march/early april for a weekend date. Let me know what dates work for you after your name if you could as well please. (just saying mid, late, early is fine to keep it simple)

I spoke with Steve. Hes wiling to do the following pricing:

$350 - Stock turbos up to 12psi
$400 - Single turbo
$450 - Alternative fuel / alch inj

Ill call the shop and work out dyno time. He is open schedule for march/april so we get the pick. We really only need 1 more guy to get him up here but why wait until the season starts to have your rocket ready to hit the road?

 

Steve is a excellent tuner....you guys will not be disappointed

 

Not our first rodeo, we just usually have to go to Iowa to do it. ive personally known steve for 9-10 years and can vouch for him.

 

Pricing for the dyno is 150 for 2.5 hours. Seperate pricing if you dont need a full tune (just some tweaking) to be determined day of, probably around 75 is my guess.

i think first weekend in april is going to work out better for most (kanundra aside).

Kanundra id say contact shook and see what his time tables are for getting you a tune, this way if he is booked up you can still get in on this.

rtek is only like an 8x8 map, as long as you have the palm pilot (or whatever is needed to tune it) im sure he can.
