It would be nice to have a club started up again. I would be more active in starting it, but I have been traveling alot the past couple years for work.

Next week is looking good to dyno. I have my turbo manifold at the machine shop plaining down the flange. It has a little warp to it. It was eating manifold gaskets at high boost. It should be done Wednesday. My new copper gaskets will be here Thursay. Weather holds out I can get some quick back road runs in and she should be ready. I wanted to do it this Saturday. But one of my friends from CA is in Duluth visiting her parents. I'm going to head up and see her this weekend.

We should hold up a formal meet and decided from there on. That way we can get everyone from around here together and possibly re-establish the club. Even more important by seeing which members show up can give us a better idea as to the number of members that will be active if we want to start a club. We can talk about where to store the equipment the old club left over, or possibly who to entrust it with. Although I am an hour south of you guys (mankato), I don't mind driving up to meet up with the club again.

I have been in a few car clubs before getting my 7, and also have ran a few student organizations here in my college. So if you guys need help organizing anything, or possibly need some more ideas or want to take the club idea further let me know....

A weekend would be best as this school semester starts next week for alot of us going to college.

Hi guys. Hey just got back on this threaad and was reading and saw all the chit chatting about old northstar rotary and stuff. Saw that Ken and saiyan vouch for me. Beep777 If you do want to hand it over and have someone take over and continue what you have started I would be honored to take over. I have owned my rx7 for 6 years, and blown and rebuild my engines at least 5 times or more than what I can count and still not given up on the rotary. I have helped out friends and new friends around getting their rx7s to run good and also have gotten help from good friends on helping me get my rx7 running good Gooroo and Damian and Ben. I have learned lots on my journey with my rx7 and have learned to appreciate my motor and car. I found most of my friends that I hang out with now on this forum. I would be honored to harvest your work and carry it on to new rotary heads in the near future. Maybe when we do a meet you should come and get to meet me and my friends and see the stuff we do. I would like to keep the rotary spirit going in MN and not let it die off. As what I have seen alot in MN people are changing their rotaries into vette motors and chevty. Just not my taste. But like Ken said we all should get together and get to know eachother. lets set up a day. This saturday I will be out cruising with my rx7 friends so If you guys want to meet up in uni we can just pm me.
