I think it's still $5 a gallon for (Sunoco) 110.

I pay $10 a gallon for my (VP Racing) gas............ so $5 isn't too bad.

I was hoping for cheaper. There's a station on this side of the river that sells 110 for about $4.75

What brand? Is it sealed? I would never buy race gas that's not in a sealed bucket or drum. Lots of people cut their race gas with 87 octane .

I haven't purchased any from there. It is from a pump at the station. I can't recall the station's name, but it is located in South County. Presently I buy it from Speedsports for $5.00 a gallon. It would cost me a couple of gallons of gas and about an hour of time to drive to South County to save $0.25 a gallon.

The reason I am asking is: a forum member can purchase 110 around Bowling Green, KY
for $3.75 a gallon....so I was hoping some place around here was as cheap.

Like I said before......... Be careful what you buy. You can buy Turbo Blue locally pretty cheap also but most places cut it with 87 octane. I personally wouldn't mess with race gas from a pump or unsealed container.

Not familiar with where you live but........... I know the gas station across from Gateway sells 5 gallon sealed jugs of it........ Performance parts plus sells it in Granite City and Marvs Race Place sells it here in Belleville.

thanks Eric...I'll probably pick up some across from Gateway..hopefully see you run at the same time

E85 sounds interesting, I'm sure we read some of the same things especially about the additional fuel needed. In my case, I would need practically a whole new fuel set up to handle the fuel increase.

Not sure about ordering it direct from VP but you'll have a pay an extra fee for delivering hazardous chemicals. They have a bunch of drums where I buy my Vp fuel from but you don't get any discount for buying it by the drum.
