Does anybody in the chicago area have an engine hoist they would be willing to let me borrow or rent?

depends on how quick you need it. Hopefully (fingers crossed) i'll be done with mine in 2 weeks.

as far as borrow or rent, i'd say $100 deposit, you get your money back when i get my hoist back.

Thats perfectly reasonable, however I was looking to have it sooner than that if possible... Dont change your plans for me though. I'll definitely take you up on your offer if I cant find another hoist before then.
