i was working out a deal with a guy that lives near me, but it got sold out from under me.
i'm looking for an fb (preferably 84-85, not -se).
criteria:
i'm looking for a driver (for now at least), so i want it to run. if it's modded or special, i'd still consider it, but don't expect me to pay extra for that stuff, i'm not looking for a modded car.
i have some big drivetrain plans down the line and i'm not afraid to get my hands dirty so i'd rather have a car with a nice interior/exterior than one that runs like a mule but is *** ugly.
so yeah, basically just a good solid car i can drive till i save up to make her a monster, nothing too fancy.
if you could sell it for 700 i'd be your best friend, but i'll entertain anything under 1000.

please someone help, i got all excited, dreaming of driving the last fb thinking i was going to pick it up saturday!

I'm getting a rust free '83 with a bad engine.

I've got a good running 12A to put in it.

I'll put the motor in and clean it up a bit. The only bad part is it was originally red and someone spraycan'd it blue.

Seriously, one of the cleanest body's I've seen in a while.

i know where you can get one in nebraska for 200 all you need is sunroof glass for it. from what he says 3000 on fresh rebuilt engine, 5 speed of course, and i can't remember what color. i know he still has it too.

hey danish, i know what you mean!!! just picked up an 84 fb, cherry red in fairly good condition after not having one years and not finding anything but overpriced sweeties on ebay...i'll keep my eyes open.
