RPM Track Day July 15th (Previously Mid-America Motorplex)
Just wanted to throw this out there for anyone that might not know but the Mustang Club of Central Iowa is hosting a track day at Raceway Park of the Midlands (previously MAM) just south of Council Bluffs/Omaha on the Iowa side on Saturday July 15th. My dad is running the event and they have been renting this track every year for over 10 years now and they are really chill and focused on giving the most track time possible. If you register before July 1st it's only $160 which is a screaming deal for a full track day event.
This event is open to all makes and I am planning to be there in my white '86 full bridge n/a GXL. It would be awesome if we could get a group of 5-10 rotaries screaming around the track shooting flames

$160 for 5-6 20 minute sessions on Saturday and another $50 if you want to run completely open track half of Friday or $80 for unlimited laps Friday from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. I am planning to be there full time both days if anyone else wants to meet up there or caravan over from Des Moines area

Still no takers? I know there are a number of rotaries running around Omaha and Kansas City areas... This track day is around HALF the cost of most other events... Come on y'all!
Last couple days to get the $30 early registration discount! I just got my body work, PBM camber links, Hawk brake pads installed and all brakes bled last night. Seriously guys, $160 for a full track day with a laid back but experienced group of event organizers is an insane deal... Can't believe no one is jumping on this... Guess I'll be showing the Mustangs and BMWs what's what by myself...
