Ripped Off
Hey I bought a rx7 from joplin missouri, bradly seaman was the owner of the car. Took it to the shop saturday and came to find out the rear rotor has 0 compression. The ad said the car was reliable, and I dont see how running on 1 rotor is reliable?

Persona non grata
Call his Dad, Kyle at 417.451.9661 - He runs a shop down there and is very reputable. If Brad ripped you off, I bet his Dad didn't know about it ... and would be pissed to find out. He might help you with a new motor.

I'm in new jersey, brad said it had perfect compression! I guess ill call his dad tommorrow, in the ad it said reliable car and he said the motor only had 900miles on it with perfect compression. I forked out 5250$ for a car that I cant even drive for a while now I dont have any means of transportation. Guess I just gotta wait this out...

To the thread starter, I hope you can work it out, but buying that type of 7 for transportation lumps you with 520@26- DIPSHIT.

I saw that listing in another thread and wondered as to it's condition. Particularly with the mods done and the price. Seemed too good to be true in my eyes. I'm sorry to hear about it though. I hope the seller will do the right thing and fix it or offer a refund.

Ok for one Brad Seamen told me the car put out 526hp at 28psi... Said it had a lightwieght flywheel on the car, ummm no its the stock flywheel! Centerforce stage 2 clutch, umm no its def not a centerforce but it is a 6 puck clutch! Greddy T78 turbo, defiantly not buddy its a master power T70!!! Ok back to reality JPR and I finally have the motor apart and dissembled, There is only one good part of the motor and thats the rear iron housing! Brad Seamen or PNC autoworks did a real good number one this motor! Every port is a different size, none of them are smooth, where there is suppose to be a bevel there is a super sharp edge, and whoever ported these housing is a total retard. I'll take pics when I go back to the shop to show you guys, The ports on the plates seriously and in a "S" pattern. Every nut and bolt on the car is loose. When we put the car on the lift all the silicon lines were just split, so we think it spiked since the line wasnt on the wastegate and popped the motor, that or the idiot who attempted to port the housings and royally fucked it up. I should be ordering a new motor today with port work and a few other mods done.
