i have been hearing alot about after sept 2007 all rotaries 95 and down are going to be exempt..is this true? can anyone post some kinda documentation..reason why im asking is a friend of mines license is going to be suspended because he has failed emission testing, i told him i been hearing that rotaries were going to be exempt in sept 07,he said he didnt hear anything about it..he drives an fc and flunked emissions with flying colors...

 

I know that for missouri this is true. its not just rx7s its any car older than 95 aka obd1. they are getting rid of the emissions for obd1 cars and only doing it with obd2 cars because all you have to do is plug them in. go to the modot website and they talk about it. or wht ever the illinois web site is
