Please help a fellow rotor head out!
Hi, guys looking for help, anybody know of Alex Neumann at Neukin??? Long story short; I've ordered A v-mount kit aug 31, 2010 and have yet to receive it, I keep reading that he does awesome work, and how he's a stand up guy, but he takes a long time sometimes well I think over a year is excessive, he keeps ignoring my emails and when he does reply there's always some new excuse why he can't finish it for a few weeks, and I've been to patient I think and now i just think I'm getting ripped off my rx7 stayed parked all season waiting for the vmount I don't want to go another season

New news I got a reply via email from him today, I told him I knew he was doing other work that was ordered after me, and he said he has to do orders coming in to avoid them being cancelled, he told me he has all the parts to finish my vmount, and that he wants it off his shoulders but once again no estimated ship date. Anyone have any other similar experiences?? Or could help me push him to finish and ship???
