One of my best friends, Andrew DeKoning (GooRoo on here)​, is selling his house. For a lot of you rx7/rotary/track/racing peeps that have followed us over the years, you know that we affectionately called it 'The Shop'. hnnnnnggg! I am highly interested, but presently only live 10 minutes from work and coon rapids would be a bit of a drive. Hope it goes to a car guy. House looks great

purely out of curiosity, what is he upgrading to? Downgrading? Just bought my house 2 years ago (may 15th), had this been around then I would of sucked it up and made that commute for this man palace.
