well i decided to drive the RX-7 to work today and thank god i did because when i was leaving i spotted a silver 3rd gen!!! at first i thought it was Matt but once i turned around and talked to the guy i found out it wasn't him, unless he turned black overnight lol.

i let him know about the meet so we should have another FD coming.

I got my friend Tim to join us with his TII.

 

dang it! everybody has a TII but me, i swear

 

If I had a new clutch I could bring the ever so loud GXL. It just attracts to much attention.

ah haha we ended up trying to race but alex stayed in neutral and didnt take off so we started to go to the park then we were like nah we'll head out... did you guys meet at that sonic?

i had fun! on the way home i was following a yellow mustang going 120mph on the highway lol, i wasn't sure i could go that fast.

but yea we need to make a thread about the import meet at kcir so people know ahead of time. we should all cruise up there together too.

 

Well I had a fun afternoon, after stopping at the Independence store, my lower rad hose decided to come off just around 103rd and 435. Buzzer went off, shut the car down and walked over to the orileys on state line. Replaced the hose and filled her up. Just decided to call it a day and went to my moms house to grab a bite to eat and some rest. Hope to meet some of you guys August 31st at KCIR. If you guys wanna go out some night to the track or Topeka for some road racing I'd love to.

 

Or go someplace more shaded, but more centralized. I know the ward parkway shopping center has a large parking lot extension across the street from it, one end of it is pretty shaded, and the place is always deserted.

It's at state line and 87thst or so.

Both sound good. I'm down for whatever. Heartland park offers road racing for like $35 on Wed nights now. That would be a blast.
