New rotary
This was pattented in 1996, it is called Quasiturbine engine. It is somewhat a square instead of the wankel triangle. It's different because it has 4 rotors, or so they call them, in each housing. With that being said, it is sposed to have continual combustion due to the 4 sides, intake, compression, combustion, exhaust. I was wondering if any of you have heard of this? They gave a demo of it running on a go kart in 2004. It is sposed to take over the wankel, and eventually the piston, but thats what they said about the wankel too. Capable of running off of about 7 different types of fuels, including hydrogen. Emisions free, and almost oil free. So they say.
