Anyone interested in a steve kan tune? Ive got myself and a buddy so far and we need five. Will be in Omaha or Lincoln. Want to get this done within the next few months.

 

I'd be willing to bet you'd have a decent turnout if it was in Kansas City instead. Not thread crapping, but only trying to help

 

Id be willing to do Kansas City!!! Its a lot closer than chicago or going to his shop.

 

If enough people get KC lined up, I will see about making it. I can't lock in, but I can certainly try to get the car ironed out by then. Unfortunately, it is not tune-ready yet.

Put me in as a "maybe." Omaha is a little far for me to drive. St Louis is definitely too far. Kc should be ok. Also depends on "when" lol. I'll follow the thread and see how this develops.

Ok I spoke with mkcperformance in kc. They have a dyno jet 424x that they will rent for $125 a hr or $650 for the day. They're only open 11-5 on Saturdays but are open 930-630 during week. Is anyone interested in getting this locked in say towards the end of March?

 

I'm going to have to bow out of this, sorry guys. I had to sell my FC and my FD's engine is on the verge of needing a rebuild. If I'm free that weekend I might come up and hang out with you guys for a few hours while the tune is going on if that is all right. I don't see many rotary engines out here in the sticks.
