Hi, i have a rx7 and moving to Offutt AFB. I was wondering if NE has emissions testing? I'm thinking about going full NON-sequential . . . . thanks- Clayton T.

 

Emissions testing isn't required, front plates are.

If this is going to be your daily drive, plan on a set of snow tires.

^Yep, what he said. But I'd recommend a cheap beater. Even with snow tires they're not fun in the winter. Mine is going into storage in a few weeks.

I don't know if i'm going to bring the rx7 up with me anymore. I might just rough it out and use the wifes car because i'll only be there for a year then i get stationed to Korea . . . . i'll keep you updated!-Clayton T.
