Just picked her up yesterday,guy said he traded his TII for it parents say not to mess with anything on it.
- 86' SE
- Sunroof
- 2+2 seating
- Manual
- Engine is completely stock
- Brand new (performance?) flywheel
- came with extra manual transmission
- Brand new Master Cylinder in the box still
- Brand new brakes,but possible leak
- needs some work around the quarters
- guy said he installed some new bushings to the shifter so theres no play whatsoever
-Starts up,but seems to miss,but when you engage the clutch it idles perfect,brother says its something to do with the transmission and the clutch
- I might be selling the rims soon or i might just get some new tires for it

dude... whats wrong with the wheels... it's the coolest part about your car, unless of course you plan on going with a 5 lug conversion

 

i'm still think and trying to talk my parents into letting me do the conversion
you dont think the wheels are cool? they remind me of the ones from initial D

btw not sure if u plan to keep the S4 tails.. but if u do let me know I have a pair off my car in MINT shape I will damn near give u (pretty cheap) they are not fadded like the ones on your new baby!

FIRST MOD:Replaced stock 7mm spark plug wires with 8.5mm MSD spark plug wires

 

Update:
-Got a Fender for passenger side (thanks Dave)
-Brand new master cylinder installed,brakes work great
-Hopefully going to get some misc interior stuff and some exterior lights etc.

 

Looks good.. just a heads up ... the wires wont do anything for performance.. the stock NGK wires are just fine.. but cool u tossed them on.

I plan to hit the dragon this year when the car is running..

as for giving.. hell anything I have I dont need especially used stuff I give away.. I hate selling used stuff because then people expect to much out of the part..

 

i don't know about running the Dragon when i get my license,but i am totally siked for the meet march 21st

 

The dragon will be a blast.. just gotta get the car done..

 

hmmm...now that i look at the Tail Of The Dragon,I totally wanna do this.....BUT it will be a while before i get my drivers license

 

Update!
just figured out the TPS is perfectly fine! it has a stuck secondary/5th/6th valve or whatever you call it.Completely took off the air pump and now its idleing at a perfect 800rpm!

 

Hopefully getting some parts car(s) soon,found one on craigslist exact same color as mine!
