MN RX-7 racing
Hi all,
My first post here. I'm looking to get into racing and want to buy probably a second gen rx-7. I'm just wondering, where can I go to race it? I'll probably start with auto-x, but I'm new to racing and don't really know much. Any tips on getting started?
Also, I'm not a fan of oval tracks and that appears to be the only thing around here, except for BIR, that would be the only track I'm interested in. I'm sure there has to be something else around.
Any thoughts or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
TIA

I'm thinking about going to the Auto-x at Valley Fair in October. I'm not going to get an RX yet because we all know winter will be here soon. I'll get one next spring I hope. Then I can go to BIR and MRR at least.
I figure it's safe to bring my Bimmer to the auto-x though in the meantime.
