Minnesota RX-7 mechanic

Hi,

I have 1993 Mazda RX-7 with ~68k miles on it. Overall in good condition but I haven’t drove it for the past 4 years since I’ve been out of the country. I was wondering if anyone has a good reference for a mechanic in the Minneapolis area to help get it tuned up and make sure it stays in tip top shape. Thanks.

I’ve heard Cali style rotary is in the area, it’s in Wisconsin. Mondovi Wisconsin, never been but it’s in the area kinda. I’ve personally dealt with Turblown in the Minneapolis area but I think they kinda stepped back from working on cars and are mainly just a fab shop and does online orders. Hope that helps, I myself am going to look into Cali Style rotary when I figure out what I’m gonna do.

Maybe a bad idea

I purchased a car from a guy claiming to be the owner of Cali style rotaries near Eau Claire, WI. If the quality of the work he did on my car is what his shop provides...RUN. Complete hack job on basically everything. I have bought and sold many, many cars over they years and this guy was the most shady I have ever had the displeasure of working with.
