Brainerd International Raceway has street legal drags every other wednesday night all summer. Its a great time, you pay $25 and they let you go up and down the track as many times as you want. Its a great way to test your car and see how fast (or slow) you are.

There is nothing out of the oridinary that you need, and I'm sure most of the cars here would pass spec. You do need a SNELL 2000 helmet, but if you're serious I'm sure I could share one of mine or something. You need to wear full pants, I've been pulled off the track for wearing shorts.

I plan on being there more than a few times this summer but it would be cool to see more 7s out. The gates open at 5 and the racing goes until dark. Depending on how many other cars there are you can usually get atleast 3 runs in.

May 6 & 20
June 3 & 17
July 1 & 22
August 5 & 26
September 2 & 8

So does anybody think they'd be able to turn out? Anyone want to set a paticular date and get a few of us together. I'll be there on the 6th, for sure. After that I should have my car tuned up by late june/july.
