Leaking oil

Leaking oil
So ever sence I got my car back it has been leaking oil. Rebuilding it should have fixed that. So as I was driving it to lightspeed to have John fix the leak, when all of a sudden I smell burning oil . .. I pull off the road and there is oil all over covering the pulleys, and dripping like a mother ******. I go back to the car and the oil light is on, I shut the car off and check the oil. Ha Ha nothing . . . I add about 1/2 quart and then check nothing. I put a full quart in and it shows up a little bit on the dip stick. I start the car up and it starts leaking like no other. I shut the car off and got a ******* truck. The motor had 120 miles on it.
Wow, a ***** molded after my own *****! Ingenius! I could literally **** myself!

Yah I checked the motor mounts when I was on the side of the road. They have plenty of oil. The blinker fluid was a little low but they were still working. I noticed the drum brakes were rusting.

Gotta find out where the leak is coming from first, could be anywhere. If it's up on the pulleys, then it's probably not the oil pan. Could be something simple like the oil cooler lines have a pinhole in them, or not attached correctly.

Dude, it's your muffler bearings....
when you don't replace them after 45K they have a HUGE affect on oil loss in the engine compartment. Check out Max Cooper's site, there's a great write-up in there about it.

Yah, I may not know rotarys but other cars are a breeze. I'm no idiot when it comes to pistons. I could fix anything else on that car but the motor and the wiring, its a bitch.
