i got 3 rx7 here in wellsville and i go to work in ottawa and i drive the 7 every day i got a black 88 and a gold 88 and a white 86 with a sbc in it i work at kfc for now till i find somthing better what kind of shop do you own ?

I am in Topeka, '89 black coupe and '89 red vert--down for the rebuild, hope to have back on the road summer '08.

Anybody on here have the black S5 coupe that works at the Sonic on S Topeka Blvd?
Every time I go to Sonic I get my food super fast, one of the employees said they thought it was their manager.

it was about a week or so ago. when all the ice and snow first started. it was on highway 470

allright. thats if i get it running again. the battery keeps getting drained and i cant figure out y cause one day its fine and the next it is dead

 

Have you had the battery tested? I had that same problem and it was a bad battery. Any of the parts stores test batteries, alternators, etc for free if you take them out of the car.

 

yeah i went to advance auto. they said the battery is good and the altenator was pushing 65 amps and 13.3 volts. they said that should be good enough.

 

Start pulling fuses-one at a time-under the hood at night. Next morning put the fuse back in and see if the the battery has power. Next night do a different fuse. You can isolate which circuit is bad-it takes a few days.

 

thanks for the tip. right now im seeing if its my amp. even though i dont think its that but im gonna try that first. but ill try that if it happens again
