KY Rotary.com's next meet will be held in conjuction with the Kentucky Region SCCA's Points Event #7, which is tenatively scheduled to be held September 25th, in the UPS parking lot off of Grade Lane. Those wishing to compete in the autocross should watch for registration to open at the KYR SCCA website. You will need to be onsite before 9am and will spend pretty much the entire day there. Those not wishing to compete can arrive between 12 and 1. You will be required to sign a waiver to enter the grounds.

We had a great turnout at the last Knox event(Click here for pics), and with this event being in town, I figure it would be a good time to try and get everyone together again before the season goes south, literally. Post up if you plan on attending and/or competing. If there is enough demand for it, we could have our own class at the event.

From I-65:

1. Take the Grade Lane exit

2. Take Grade Lane west (towards the airport)

3. Turn right into UPS Grade Lane lot (you will see the UPS hangar on your right)

4. Come in and get ready to have fun!

 

I'm from evansville, IN. Is it kewl for a hoosier to come check it out?

 

Absolutely! We have a lot of people that come down from southern IN. In the pics linked in the first post, the two FC's with black hoods are both hoosiers.

You are more than welcome to attend.
