KC area people..

ok so i may go to the rockfest concert next saturday (june 7th) and it is at penn valley park, off of 35..so whats a good hotel near there (walking distance if possible) thats not in the ghetto?

It's not cheap but it's close. Anything in that area is going to be expensive.
