Kansas City - RX7 Wreck
Does anybody in the Kansas City area know anything about this car???

It is my understanding that the car was a total loss due to a fresh water pond flood in the K.C. area. The DMV will not release the former owners name and the former insurance company will not give any details of the wreck.
Please help....
