As some of you may know, KC Trends in Olathe holds a car show/gathering every other Friday @ 7PM called "Fast Fridays" You'll literally see anything from a common Mustang to a Ferrari to a Rolls Royce to a Supra. It's a pretty decent time and I was planning on heading out there this Friday... was seeing if perhaps any of you would like to join me?

I live in Blue Springs and wouldn't mind caravanning out if anyone wants to go? I'm tentatively meeting an NSX friend at the QT off of Woods Chapel Rd & 470, but we can adjust that if we need to.

 

You talkin bout the one on 135th in Overland Park? From looking at their site/facebook and what I've heard from people who've been there, sounds/looks like a big bunch of douchebaggery and too many people. Yes/No? We still ought to have an RX-7 meet at some point, though, gosh damn it.

 

I'm definitely down to go since we can't seem to get an rx7 meet going. I live in Grandview Missouri. About 8 mins from 135th and state line.

 

I've not been to a fast fridays, but a few of my friends have. I'm not sure if I'd really care to go or not, but I'm always interested in meeting up with some fellow rotards! How about before the next one (8/19) we meet up at 6:30 or thereabouts at the Pepperjax on 135th at Metcalf? That way those of us who have to work early the next day can go home and be lame afterwards, and everyone else can go check out the cars at Fast Fridays.

It doesn't matter if your rx7 is down, everyone bring your *** in whatever you have. Lord knows if we only met up when all our cars are running, we'd never see anyone.

 

Jordan, Eddie, it was good meeting you guys tonight! Was nice to finally see some other RX-7s out for once! I'll have to get a closer look at your FC's next time we get together... was a shame I didn't catch you guys until on my way out!

As far as Fast Fridays goes... I typically have a pretty decent time when I go. There's literally all sorts of different cars there. I can see how people can label some of the people there as "douchey," but I typically just hang out with my group of friends that goes up there, so I have a pretty good time... Saw three Ferrari F355s tonight, a Ferrari 458 Italia, a Lamborghini Gallardo, and a really swank Lotus Exige... so I was happy.


I'd be down to meet up beforehand. I met up with a few 350Z/370Z guys and the KC Subaru guys before I went down tonight. We had a nice lil cruise down together to KC Trends.

Ah crap, now we all want to meet a few after I leave for college haha. Yea Fast Fridays was pretty decent, I think I'll be heading back out there tomorrow just for the fun of it again.

 

Where's this group meet, and is it tomorrow, I'd like to go.
