Kansas City Mo 7's?
is there anyone in kansas city Missouri with a third gen 7?
im definetly new to the rotary world, but i love the fd rx7. i have a bunch of questions about them, so any help would be appriciated. i may be in the market for one here in a couple months and i was wonderin if there was any way in particular to find one, if there were any fd owners in kc missouri, and really whether if they're well taken care of will they be a good overall car.
i love doin my own work and i was wonderin whether the 13b rotary would be a candidate for it. i guess what i'm tryin to say is whether its easy enough for someone mechanically inclined to learn the rotary enough to maintain it performance wise and daily little things
also i'm new to this forum so try not to rip me to hard

Yep, there are a few of us on the MO and KS side. Try taking a look at the 3rd Generation FAQ thread as it has a lot of information in it for possible new owners:

I am considering selling my 3rd gen track toy. It has a new Pettit street port, clutch, and a lot of conservative safety and performance mods I'd be happy to list if you're interested. It is a red 93 R1 with stock turbos, 85000 on the car, 2500 on the motor.
I'm in Lenexa and would be happy to give more info or show you the car if you're interested.
If you are looking for a low budget entry into the 3rd gen world, this probably isn't it, but it would be extremely affordable for the amount of extras and work that has gone into it - I would consider less than 16000.
PM me with questions, Mahjik is a reputable local and can serve as a reference too.
