I'm down in Belleville... 20 min from STL. I have MI tags, but was thinking about changing over, though. NO WAY I'll meet emissions if they test me. I checked the DMV site, but no info other than St. Clair County does emissions.

I thought Illinois exempt all cars with OBD I emissions systems in Illinois..

^^ I have to find out for sure. Since my car was not previously reg. in Illinois, they might test it once and then exempt it from subsequent emissions. I'll post an update, once I find out for sure.
