I'm FINALY finishing up the tuning of my car this Saturday (if all goes well, more than likely it wont) and my S5 alternator is SHOT! I just got a brand new FD alternator to do the swap but I need a machine shop in NORTHERN ILLINOIS (possibly near Gurnee or Rosemont) to enlarge the hole on the S5 pulley to fit the FD alternator shaft, and I need it done in the next day or two. Does anybody know of a machine shop OR does anybody in the area do machining that can help me? Please guys any help in this direction would be really appreciated.

Ok guys I have found a machine shop that'll take care if it for about 20 bucks right near me. So now I need to know if anybody knows off hand exactly what size I need the hole milled to for it to fit properly on the FD alternator.
