FREE Red Cross concert in Cincinnati
FREE Red Cross concert in Cincinnati
Hey guys, for the past few months I have been working on setting up a benefit concert for the Red Cross with my fraternity. Since early June it has been planned to be set on Sept 18th (so it isn't some sloppily thrown-together, last minute thing), but in light of the urgent need for cash down south, we are designating that the Red Cross use all the funds we generate for us for hurricane relief.
We have five local bands playing (all of which are really good, i screened a bunch of bands) and are raffling off some good stuff.
Bands include:
Madras Lounge
Eyes for Eden
Kristen Key (she's f**king sexy)
Ellison
Terravada
Raffle includes:
iPod mini
fender acoustic guitar
$150 gift card for DuBois bookstore
Football signed by Carson Palmer
DVD Player
Adidas sports bags
The concert will be MCed by Justin Jeffre (of 98 Degrees) and all profits go to the Red Cross. If anyone is in the area and wants to come down, it should be a great time.
Name: Rock for the Red
Location: Stratford Heights Courtyard (across from McMicken Hall on Clifton Ave.)
Time: 6-11pm
Admission: A motec fuel management system donated to me
... j/k... FREE!!!!!
