Custom coatings and parts for your Rotory

I'm new here, had a 79 RX7 Years ago was great, just got a 83 RX7 now not running yet though. Not worked on it yet, beehive cooler is leaking like a sieve but that's to the forum I see how easy to remove it. I been looking for bolts in wrong place!

Anyway, I have been thinking about going back into custom coatings work. Now having some vehicles I want to do myself, 50's truck, 84 Firebird, 83 Rx7, etc... I am thinking about buying the equipment to setup a shop.

So general question here, would many of you folks here like to get parts powder coated, triple chrome plated, 24K gold plated, or some aluminum anodized for a reasonable cost?

As most of us are, I am short on cash to get into everything at once. Basically all the polishing is the same and takes the same tools. So that's not much concern.
For a mirror finish in any system you need a part with a mirror shine to start with.

Now the question for me is what do I want to do first? In other words the real cost to me comes after the polishing is done, setting up all the different systems, so do I want to powder coat parts or plate them?
Both cost me lots of money to setup, and for aluminum I could anodize which also costs money to set up.

Basically what I am asking is what would be the most wanted service? Trying to decide what to setup first. I'm in MO and I see lots of owners are not too far away.
Is there even much interest in such services for RX7 RX8 owners??

Well, I am not trying to sell anything here, just saying hello and asking for opinions which I might want to do first. DON'T take this as spamming the forum cause I ain't selling nothing or spamming, just asking!

Since I plan to do it all for my own self eventually, I am interested in what others want! If I could make a few bucks here and there with one system then I have money for the next!

By the way, I have worked in plating and coating and painting for years till I retired from doing anything at all. Now do to extreme boredom I need to get back to working. Retiring in 30's means many years of boredom and over 45 means hard to get back to a real job working!

I'd have to say that out of those things powdercoating would be my first. Followed by the anodizing, chroming, and 24k plating. That is just my opinion. I'm not into all the bling and shine. Just a nice low key look, and I think a lot of rx7 owners seem to be the same.
