If anyone knows how to get in contact with Steve Ngan/stevecod and would be willing to share that info i would greatly appreciate it as he basically stole my damn car (see signature) and wont respond to my phone calls?

nah he bought it from me put a down payment on it and when it came time to make more payments he was nowhere to be found, i still have the title but i dont know where he is.
