Chicago Area Formula 1 meeting
Are there any groups that meet up to watch F1 here in chicago? I always hear the shoutouts from the speed crew during the race and get jealous because I want to meet up with a group of people at a bar and watch the race, is there anybody else out there who thinks this is a good idea?

Depending on what day it is, I might be. Just set it up and if people go they go. Also post your meet idea on RC3 (www.chicagorotary.com/forum). Okay Railgun you can cut me a check now for promoting the club :P.

I'm working on a location right now, i'm trying to find someplace in the city that is open that early where we could and and drink while watching, but we're pretty much going to need an owner who loves f1 to open the doors and let us in that early.

now that the month break is over with and racing has resumed i'm going to bump this back up to see if anybody is interested in helping track down someplace open at 6.30 am to get togther and watch the races. I've successfully found nothing so far but am still looking.
