Any RX owners in MN?

I own a White 1990 RX7. You can catch me around Apple Valley. Don't worry, I am not a cocky driver compared to many individuals that reside among this area.
BTW, if anyone knows a Turbo II for sale around here, let me know.
- Thank you

Almost time to get my 85 out of storage. Getting some rain today to wash the salt off the roads
Anyone thats interested in tailgating at a Duluth Huskies game this summer let me know. There are usually a couple of 7's in the lot and have seen an RX-8. I might be able to scrape up a few extra tickets if I know in advance. We'll park a safe distance from foulballs. Also if I know ahead of time I'll provide the grill space just bring your food. www.duluthhuskies.com

What's up! That was a pretty nice 1st gen you drove to the 507 meet last year. Do you still have that one?

Hey, for some reason I'm not getting notified when this thread gets a new post?
Mazda Power: yeah, I've still got my '85 SE. It's my DD until I get my turbo vert running-hopefully in the next couple of weeks! Then I don't know what I'm going to do w/the '85-maybe another future turbo conversion w/the parts left over from the 'vert, lol. I've actually considered selling it and buying that clean Texas '84 SE TII conversion for sale here on the board for $5500. I've talked to some of the local guys that kept offering me $5000 for mine but of course none of them are serious now that I am...
I should look the 507 site up, I haven't been on it in a long time... I'm also going to try to make it up north for a meet or two this summer, but Duluth is a 5 hour haul one way for me

We're kicking around dates for a spring tuning/BBQ event on the Northstar Rotary's website.
http://www.northstarrotaries.com/for...?TOPIC_ID=1684
So far it seems like May 7 is a strong front runner. The weekend after is mother's day and some people will be out of town. Two weekends later is Memorial weekend.
The event is at my place in Saint Louis Park. I am not sure if anyone from here was at the event at my place last July when it was upper 90s.
Anybody up for this event? Speak now or forever hold your peace.
Brian

Yeah Ken you were there.
You had to leave early to get that prime spot at Porky's as I recall.
Hopefully you can stay a little longer this year. Did you ever do the car/engine swap that you were talking about?

Do you now? Where at? How old are you? Why haven't I seen you around?

Alright girls and boys. I have added a spring tuning/cookout event to the schedule at Northstar Rotary Rockets (http://www.northstarrotaries.com/for...&TOPIC_ID=1684)
For those of you too lazy to go there, it will be a tuning session/tire kicking/cookout at my place Sunday May 7th from 2pm-whenever. My address is 3370 Brownlow Avenue in Saint Louis Park.
Get out and meet some fellow rotaryheads.

I might be able to make that. Just depends on if I can get my car together in time.

It's hard to to tell. Everybody says they'll be there and then come Sunday it is rainy and miserable (hopefully not, fingers crossed). I have this posted on our Rotary Rockets website and also TeamFC3S.
Anybody else going to make this Sunday? Give a shout out for Ken...and me.
