I live just outside Peoria, IL, in a town called Morton (61550).

The reason Im posting is that I need some help. As some of you have read i have been working on a new Sleek headlight kit for the 3rd Gen RX 7. I started last year however lost my 7 and have recently run into some financial issues recently. So it is looking like it will be a while before i can afford a new one.

So here's the deal if some one is willing to allow me to use their 7 to mock up the light I will offer you the first production set (labeled as such) for free.

I assure you that I will take the utmost precautions treating it as my own while mocking it up.

I estimate approximately 2 weeks for mock up and 2-3 months for production.

Pretty cool project. What are you using for the lights themselves? Always was interested in something like this for my FB, and the wife's FC. No FD though, so cant help you there.

Bump, i have a very promising offer, but in case it falls through just want to be prepared.

 

my fd has been sitting for over a year now. i too have been hit with financial problems, the fd is paid off but currently does not run. i know it needs a starter & im saving for a single turbo upgrade. im 60 miles west of st. louis, ive got family in decatur, il so im very familiar with the area. i like the sound of your project.
