3rd Gen Tranny removal and install help! STL Area!

I just picked up my new tranny from KC today and need to install it tomorrow (its my daily driver). I have never done the R&R myself and could really use the help of local veterans and a good set of tools. Anyone willing to help it would be greatly appriciated.....BEER PROVIDED!!!!
