So, I was stupid and lost all my stock wiring when I put my LT-8 in and now I have no wipers or cruise control. I know where the plugs in the engine bay are, and the connectors under the pass. kick pannel, but I don't know what wires go where. Does anyone know where I could find a wiring diagram for this? and is there a better way to do this besides cuting the connectors and running new wires? Also, if someone knows where I could buy the wires w/connectors or has some lying around that they could sell let me know!

You have to remove them from the old harness that ran to the engine. If you unwrap the tape around it you'll find they're just taped together.

I would get one from a junkyard though, as your harness is pretty valuable, if it isnt trashed.
