What coils for LT8?

Just wanted to see what kind of coils you guys are running on the LT8? Its for an S4 13BT. I dont have the stock coils as its going into a 1st gen rx7. Also how many coils for trailing/leading? If aftermarket, it would be great if u could post some Part Numbers...

My understanding is that the LT8 is designed to be used with the factory coils only. The LTX8 comes supplied with aftermarket coils. The LT8 in my car connects directly to the inputs to the factory ignitor unit, which is wired up to the factory coils.

Re: What coils for LT8?

THe LT8 doesnt have a internal ignitor so just make sure you put an ignitor between the coils and the ecu

good luck
