I have install a third gen throttle body on my 7 cause my single blade 90mm unit was leaking boost at the shaft seals but now i have something weird going on.I warmed up the car set the tps dead on and went for a ride,3 minutes down the road my car started idling funny,real low and it want it to die,i stop and look at my laptop and is showing that the tps needed to be calibrated so the car is idling on the load map,weird my tps was dead on 3 minutes ago,15 seconds later the car started to idle fine and the laptop showing that the car was at idle.Go back home play with the idle screw at the throttle body,set the tps again bla,bla,bla and got the car to idle,went inside the house to get some tools and i can hear the car doing the same thing,****.I started the ****** again and the tps is acting wack(same issue as before)Replace the tps with the one of the single blade throttle body(fd tps and known to be good)and went for another ride.20 minutes down the road same **** happen at this point i wanted to kill somebody,go back home install another third gen throttle body went for another ride and guess what,yes it ******* happened again!it did take longer this time but is there.I pop my hood and started playing with the throttle body,i rev the motor pulling on the gas cable and it was fine tps dead on but then when i rev the motor by only using the secondary butterflies the tps went wack,motor leaned out and died.Started the car then disconnected the tps and rev the motor again by the secondary butterflies and it rev up the 8k with out leaning out or bogging.When for a ride with no tps and the car ran fine no issues other than the idle for not having the tps.For the last time i install my tps let it idle and went for a ride,car run fine for like 5 minutes and it happened again,started playing with the gas pedal and looking at the tps screen and if i press the pedal a little bit tps goes crazy and car dies,if hold the pedal to the floor or halfway down it reads fine so what the **** is going on.The secondaries butterflies are not connected to the tps at all they are connected to the primary butterfly by the linkage and they open after the primary unit is like halfway open,can that be my problem?Sorry for the long post but i really need some help,Thanks.
