Weird Microtech Ignition Fualt, need some help

hey Guys,

im having a weird igntion fault with my car, mazda 808 wagon, s5 13bt, gt35r, on straight lpg (gas research) with a microtech LTX8 with 2 crane hi6 modules on the leading coils, with crane coils, and TN magna coils on the trailing plugs, magnecore R100 leads doing the ignition dutys. What i have found is happening that if i drive like an old man (normal) the car seems ok, if i go into boost and give it a squirt, the front rotor drops the leading plug and on runs on trailing, the way i can tell is on the crane modules they have an led that flashes when they are receiving and ignition pulse, after i give the car a squirt i pull over and the front rotor crane module has a random flashing light not a nice conisistant flashing like it should. If i turn the car off and turn it back on again, the problem resolves itself. I swapped the crane modules around so hooked the rear module up to the front rotor and the front rotor to the rear rotor, and the same problem occured the front rotor still played up so that rules out that it is the crane modules. I also had a spare microtech mtx8 which i pluged in thinking it was the computer, and sure enough the same problem occured. Something else that i have noticed is that my hand controller randomly goes blank, as in it is lit up but there are no numbers etc being displayed if i un plug it and plug it back in it is ok again.

I did notice that the mirotech had logged and error on the 'ref' and the 'home' which indicates it might be the cas, though again it wasn't consistent, as in i gave the car a squirt the leading front rotor plug dropped out, i then pulled over and checked the error codes and all where clear, i turned the car off and on again, front leading plug was working again no error codes, drove about 1 km of normal light throttle and checked error codes and it had logged the 'ref and 'home'. So it has really got me buggered as to what it could be. Is there anyway of testing the cas?

also the cas is conected to the microtech with high quality sheilded cable. where the wire conectors are at the cas, they they are a spade type conection with heat shrink over them and then aluminium foil wrapped around the conections so that part of the cable is sheilded all the way to the cas. The cas cable also runs along the engine and into the firewall just above the bell housing so it is away from the coils etc.

also checked the resistance of the leading igntion leads and they are front lead 2557 ohms and rear lead 2314 ohms, the front lead is an inch or so longer hence the slightly higher reading. also in the dark with the bonnet open there are no crossfires or weird stuff like that going on. any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

cheers
