upgrading ignition

ok well i heard i will have to send the ecu back to reconfigure the ecu if i want to upgrade the ignition. is there a way we can just wire in an msd box or something like that to get it more spark. i really just wanna do the leading for now and dont want to spend the money or time sending it back... oh and i have the lt10s and the car is running fine just breaks up a little bit up top and broke last year due a misfire. any help with wiring or an install would very much appreciated

You can run msd boxes. or you can run the crane hi-6 boxes.

depends what cdi you get. when you order the cdi you can have it programmed to your application.
email crane or msd and they will tell you how to set up the cdi boxes to suit your current ignition.
