Tuning information

hey, im new to rotaries but not to engines in general, so im deciding between building my own rotary or not and have been doing a lot of research lately, but the sticking point is fuel management, so i'm wondering where i can get a TON of info on it. more specifically, how to change numbers based on how the engine reacts to previous input numbers

rotary isnt too different to other engines in terms of tuning.

Your questions seems very vague.

Dont really know what your asking?
